What do you guys think bitcoin will hit when Trump becomes president? My bet is $150k!

Honestly, it's tough to predict. But I'm pretty sure bitcoin will rise. It's more about the current bull cycle than just Trump. With his plans for bitcoin as a reserve, we could see huge gains. Plus, he’ll still be president in 2027, another bull year potentially in the making.

Sure, but we can’t really predict it. December just started and we're still stuck in this price range. If we could break through $100k this month, maybe $120k by January when Trump takes office.

That price isn’t unrealistic, but aiming for $150k feels a bit too optimistic. I’d lean more towards $120k by early 2025. No one can actually know how far bitcoin can go, especially with Trump’s influence. If his presidency keeps pushing things up, maybe we’ll see some real movement.

Can we not make Trump the center of all bitcoin talk? Facts here: all central banks are supposed to start using reserves for bitcoin in January 2025. That's not just some promise from Trump, it’s a regulation. Plus, 2025 naturally aligns with bitcoin's cycle for potential new all-time highs. So stop tying bitcoin growth exclusively to Trump.

Let’s just wait and see if we hit another all-time high soon. Less than two months until he’s in the White House. $150k might seem high to some, but many are saying $200k or even $250k. That's pushing it, though.

If you're new to bitcoin, don't get your hopes too high about Trump's inauguration impacting prices. Sure, it might have a positive effect, but $150k could be a stretch. Just be mentally prepared in case the price doesn’t shoot up like you expect.

I think bitcoin will hit its current price and grow in the future, with or without Trump. $150k is possible, but it won't happen overnight. A steady climb with healthy corrections is better for bitcoin in the long run.

Trump’s rise was just one of many factors contributing to the price spike. The market already reacted to that news. Once he's in office, depending on his policies, the impact could vary. He might even do something drastic that could trigger a crash!

I feel like the hype will die down post-inauguration. Right now, everything seems speculative with people trying to figure out how his pro-crypto stance will affect things. This month might stay bullish, but hitting $150k feels like a gamble. I’m split.

Trump’s name is everywhere in crypto discussions now. We need to see what his policies will actually look like. We’re already in a bull market, so bitcoin could definitely hit $150k regardless of him being president.

We’re in a bull market, and Trump’s win has fueled interest. If he follows through on his promises, I could see bitcoin hitting $120-140k. If he doesn’t, that could mean bad news and a market dip.

Trump’s presidency lasts four years, and after that, we might hit a bear cycle. If we’re talking about prices while he’s in office, $150k feels reasonable based on current trends and the way bitcoin has been performing.

Yeah, too many variables in play. But I agree that breaking through $100k is unavoidable now. Could see it reaching $120-150k like you said.

The news of Trump coming into office was just another factor in the rally after the halving. We’ve got time to see how much BTC really grows this cycle. I believe we'll see BTC above $110k regardless.

Agreed! While some view Trump as a key player in this bull run, I see him as just a small piece of the puzzle. His influence will be minor in the grand scheme.

You hit the nail on the head, it's all speculation. The market might keep growing until he takes office, but expect a dip afterward. Long term, his policies will dictate the market's direction.

Trump's already the president, just a formality left now. His pro-bitcoin stance has already helped its price. Even if he hadn’t won, bitcoin would still be set to rise as we enter a bullish phase.

Bitcoin will hit $150k with or without Trump; it’s just a matter of time. Stop worrying and focus on accumulating more bitcoin. Corrections will happen, but they'll just be part of the game.

It all depends on the individual’s situation. Waiting for a correction might be beneficial for buying in at better prices. But yeah, the rally for BTC isn’t over just yet.
