I visited Ukraine before the recent conflicts and saw the devastation firsthand. People there had hope. Now, knowing some of them are gone is heartbreaking. I can’t support the actions taken by Russia.
War is costly, and nations need to be prepared for that. Ukraine didn’t just back down when faced with aggression, and with help from Europe and the U.S., they’re fighting back hard.
Honestly, I don’t get why nations fight over so many trivial things. It just drains their economies and costs innocent lives. Ukraine may be smaller, but they’re pushing back against a larger force.
