hey, just wanted to share my thoughts on this new design i’ve been working on. it’s called Specter and it basically ditches signatures in the bitcoin setup to tackle post-quantum challenges. instead of using those digital signatures, Specter uses zero-knowledge proofs for transactions. it lets you confirm that conditions for spending are met without showing keys or any personal info. kinda cool, right? also, instead of keeping a full transaction history, it relies on recursive proofs to verify validity over time. so, historical data isn’t just assumed; it’s confirmed through proofs linked to the proof-of-work chain. this approach cuts down on-chain data, keeps keys safer, and opens up a path for more compact solutions. what do you guys think?
