Not really the best spot for this, but I think it's kinda important to mention since we've talked a lot about Moore's Law here. He had major influence over how we understand chip performance and size limits. Did we ever really think we'd hit a wall on speed?

For real, he co-founded Intel. This guy's a legend. Sure, Moore's Law might not hold up like it used to, but the impact he had is undeniable.

Like, you can't expect a regular car to get 1000 miles on a gallon. Just not happening. Same with ASIC miners and efficiency claims.
