Looking for serious takes here, not those moonshot dreams. What do you think Bitcoin could realistically reach in the next 10-20 years? What’s the reasoning behind your views?
Realistic Projections for Bitcoin's Future Value

I think Bitcoin is either gonna skyrocket or crash hard. If it’s still around in a decade, it’ll be way bigger than it is now. Fiat keeps losing value, so I can totally see Bitcoin crossing the trillion mark.

For sure, it’s got potential. Bitcoin's use cases are evolving as more people adopt it. It can be a store of value, medium of exchange, hedge against inflation, you name it. The fundamentals are solid, and the growth trend is promising.
I don’t think we can nail a specific number for 10 or 20 years out. It’s all guesswork. But Bitcoin can definitely surprise us. Who even thought it would hit the highs it has already? No one saw that coming.
I don’t think a market cap like gold’s is crazy. That could mean a million bucks per coin in a decade! More people will be investing and using it. But who knows, maybe other cryptos will get big too.
Just look at history. After each halving, Bitcoin's price has doubled. The last peak was around 69k, and now we’re seeing 126k. If this pattern holds, we could see more gains.

True, but let’s be real, it’s all speculation. Go back to 2010, and asking anyone what Bitcoin would be worth now would have led to some wild guesses. We still only know Bitcoin lets you do secure transactions, and that’s not changing anytime soon.
My guess? Five cycles from now, I think we could see around $690,000. Of course, it depends on a lot of factors, including government policy and investor behavior. The potential is definitely there.
Halving events really do push prices up, but there’s no guarantee on how high or how fast. Each cycle seems to bring lower growth percentages.

Yeah, thinking about Bitcoin’s future in terms of dollars is trivial. It might be more relevant to compare it to gold. That way, you're measuring real value.
I can see Bitcoin going beyond $1 million. It’s limited in supply, and now Europe’s finally recognizing it as an asset. If stocks and bonds start flowing into crypto, we might see some real movement.
All predictions hinge on dollar value, really. Otherwise, we can’t even begin to discuss what Bitcoin’s worth.
Current price around 93k, right? Gotta factor in institutional interest and regulation. I see Bitcoin potentially hitting a million down the line.
I’m a long-term holder, and I think we could hit anywhere from 300k to 500k by 2030. Inflation is a beast, and Bitcoin’s gotta adjust accordingly.

Depends on a lot of factors though news from people like Trump, and even media could cause wild swings. Right now, it’s at 93k and I’m not making wild guesses.

Yeah, Bitcoin’s price does seem to go up after each halving. But there’s no rule saying it doubles every time. Growth rates seem to be slowing.
I see Bitcoin sustaining its value as a reserve asset. It’s likely to keep rising, and I’d say it should be over a million in a decade, maybe more.
Interesting concept. I kinda agree that Bitcoin has two paths. But we don’t need crazy assumptions to see it could be worth trillions with just a small portion of global value.
You’re right, we’re still in the early adoption phase. If more people jump on board, Bitcoin could really take off. The growth potential is huge.

Government adoption will impact Bitcoin’s future. If more countries follow El Salvador’s lead, we could see greater adoption in the next ten years.
