Trading emotions are real... one minute you're on cloud nine, the next you're feeling like crap after a loss. I found that stepping back from the screens helps me re-gather my thoughts. Gotta stay disciplined with my plan.

For sure. We can't predict the top every time, but gotta learn to cash out when we're in a good spot.
