Seems like a huge undertaking. Honestly, paying someone 10k just for a referral? C'mon. I don’t think this is the right place for this. Check out the Project Development or Services sections. You might find what you need there. Or try Fiverr or something. It’s not a wild goose chase.
That link to Project Development is more aligned with Bitcoin stuff, not really for Altcoins, right? Just saying.
