Issues with Tor and Bitcoin Core

Looks like Bitcoin Core expects the Tor SOCKS proxy on 127.0.0.1:9050. You should check if Tor is really active on that port. If not, it might be another one like 9150. Give that a shot. If still no luck, the debug.log could help track down the issue.
Wait, did you set up Tor onion service before? If not, you need to update your bitcoin.conf file with that config. And is Tor running on your Windows 11 system? You can check the services for "Tor Win32 Service". With the right proxy settings in Bitcoin Core, it should show "limited": false, "reachable": true. If Tor isn't working, you’ll end up with zero peers if onlynet=onion is set.
So you're using the "Tor Browser Bundle," huh? Those default SOCKS ports are different from a standalone "Tor service." That's probably why your proxy settings didn’t connect right. You didn’t mention that earlier, but anyone else having the same issue should definitely keep that in mind.
