So, the SEC took crypto off their risk priority list for 2026. CZ tweeted that it’s a bullish signal. But we’ve got a lot of months left this year, and I suspect we’ll see some bearish sentiment after the recent bull run.

Yeah, it might be good news, but I doubt the market flips bullish just because of this. There's still tons of bad media, hacks, and potential recession vibes happening. People are leaning towards safer assets.

For sure, the more folks hype up the super cycle, the less likely it feels to happen. But if it does, we’ll be partying for sure.

Removing crypto from their priority list doesn’t guarantee a price pump, but it does reduce regulatory pressure. Less downside risk if prices stay volatile.

100% agree. The SEC's softening stance and new ETF funds hitting the market are positive, but super cycle hype feels misplaced after what happened in 2025. This news could be a trap for day traders.

Exactly! We should be cautiously optimistic if a super cycle occurs. Influencers have their own agendas, and as retailers, we shouldn't get caught up in the hype.

Super cycles attract new traders chasing quick gains, while experienced ones know holding Bitcoin for years is where the real returns lie.

Honestly, this news doesn’t change much. It's just the usual regulatory game. The US is tightening control, so it makes sense to remove crypto from the risk list.

I’m with you on that. Being cautious isn’t being negative. It’s just the reality of the market. Speculation is rampant, and we need to be careful.

CZ’s influence is big, but just because he says it’s bullish doesn’t mean it will spark a super cycle. Good news, sure, but we need more than that.

Good news is still good news. If it shifts sentiment, maybe we’ll see investors moving from gold to Bitcoin. More institutional interest could be on the way.

I think people need to realize Bitcoin isn’t like altcoins. SEC can’t mislead folks thinking crypto is less risky overall. Bitcoin holds value better than most.

I’ve seen so many announcements before that didn’t pan out. CZ’s a strong voice, but we need to see real results before getting too hyped about this.

But what even is a super cycle? No one’s defined it clearly here. Are we talking $170k-$180k or just institutional hype making cycles irrelevant?

Right? We need to define what we mean by a super cycle and what that would actually look like moving forward.

I see this as a long-term positive rather than a short-term boost. It could make the crypto environment in the US better, but I’m not expecting immediate price jumps.

With all the chatter on social media, some are convinced a super cycle could occur in 2026. Investors are feeling more optimistic now compared to last year.

The SEC already said Bitcoin isn’t a security. Their role is mostly about ETFs. This news doesn’t change that much. Does it even matter if folks were already using the DeFi products?

Yeah, I guess it’s bullish but changes won’t be instant. Fingers crossed.

If Bitcoin gains more trust, it could surge again, but there’s no guarantee. The overall market still feels shaky.
