No way, that’s a huge mistake.
Is quitting your job for trading a good idea?

I used to have a decent job, made good money, saving every month. But then I got hooked on trading videos and thought I could do it too. Quit my job, started trading, and yeah, lost way more than expected. Lesson learned.
Totally agree, I’ve been down that road. Those videos don’t show the whole picture. They skip over the losses and make it all look easy. Most of them probably make more from views than from trading.
This is a bad move. Seriously, why give up a stable job for something you know so little about? YouTube is just scratching the surface, and you need real experience to make it work.
Right? Trading isn’t as profitable as many think. I can’t quit my job either, it’s just not worth it. I’d rather keep my job and trade on the side.
Honestly, it’s a trap for newbies. You made a big mistake leaving your job. That income could’ve supported you while you learned trading. Glad you learned something, but don’t follow those trading ‘gurus’ blindly.
For sure, if you have a stable income, quitting for trading is super risky. Better to keep your job and trade on the side. That way, you have money coming in while you learn.

People just see the flashy success stories and jump in without realizing the risks. You gotta do your homework before making such a big decision.

Think about it you got 24 hours in a day. You work for 10, sleep for 8, so you have 6 hours left. If you stopped working, can you really make more in those hours trading than your job pays?

I did quit my job, but it was a calculated move. I saved up and had a plan before leaving. I built a small business with my crypto earnings, but I was careful about it.
It’s tough for sure. I hope you’ve learned something from this. Trading takes time and you need skills. A job gives you a safety net, and with trading, you could lose everything.

Having a job is key for regular income. If you quit for trading, you lose that safety net and put way too much pressure on yourself.
Even if you’re making decent profits, don’t jump ship. Trading income isn’t stable. Today’s profit doesn’t mean you’ll be ahead next month.
Agreed, I’ve seen friends regret quitting their jobs to trade. You can’t rely on something so uncertain. Prioritize a steady income first.
Seriously, don’t quit your job if you’re earning well. Trading can be done flexibly alongside your job.

You made a big mistake letting go of your job. Trading is high-risk and can lead to serious losses. Don’t base your future on random trading videos.

Wow, tough situation. My grandparents taught me to hold on to my opportunities. I wouldn’t quit my job unless I was consistently profitable.

Nailed it. I’ve been trading for years but never thought about quitting my job. Trading can be rewarding but also risky.

Never quit unless you’re confident. I’ve been trading for 10 years and only left my job when I was sure of my skills.

Just because you see success stories online doesn’t mean it’s all true. You need to think about the risks before leaving a stable job.
