New Zealand’s been lagging in GDP growth during the globalization era because of its isolation, but with things shifting towards self-sufficiency now, could it actually turn into a safe haven? I mean, it’s not fully self-sufficient yet, but it can get pretty much everything it needs from nearby places like Oz or China. Plus, it's one of the safest spots on the planet with conflicts and invasions. What do you all think? Are there any real risks about investing there?

Heard that rich folks are buying up land in NZ and building secret bunkers stocked with food and water. Sounds like they’re prepping for doomsday or something. If nuclear war breaks out, everyone else is gonna be toast, and they’ll be living it up in their bunkers. But honestly, the risk is that some world leaders might target those paradises specifically. What if they get hit? Seems like a gamble for sure...
