Is Blokforge still reliable?

I ordered two S19Pros on September 5. They said shipping would be 2-14 days, but now it’s been weeks and they’re backordered. I chatted with them earlier, and no clue when it’ll arrive. Thought they had stock since they mark out-of-stock items on their site. I submitted a ticket yesterday, and it just disappeared without a response. Tried again today, got a confirmation email, but it’s not showing on their ticket system.

They should be okay. Blokforge has been solid for years. I think the chaos in China with crypto stuff is messing up delivery dates. Plus, add in festival season and shipping issues, it’s a nightmare. My last orders showed as 'in-stock', but really, they were shipping from Hong Kong. Guess 'in-stock' just means the manufacturer has them ready.

Just got an email from them. Their ticket system isn’t updating, though. DHL and FedEx are causing problems with weight limits. Still, if they say 2-14 days, that should be it. A month later is ridiculous.

You could call them. I still think they're legit. If your order is delayed, it's probably not their fault but shipping issues. Just ring them when they’re open.

A month has passed. I've sent several emails, many begging for a response. It's like I keep getting a different support rep, and I have to start from scratch each time. Frustrated doesn’t begin to cover it. The ticket system? My tickets vanish, they say they’re there.

Wow, Blokforge failed you. Didn’t think I’d see that! If you can get your cash back, at least that’s something. Better than losing it all. I’m in a tough spot waiting on serious equipment from different suppliers too.

I bought like 50 machines from them back in the day. Their support was awesome back then. Now? Not so much. I found a legit phone number and plan to call tomorrow. I’ll push for a credit on the BTC I paid, not the cash value from weeks ago."

And if the price dropped, you’d still argue that? They charged you in $ which converted to BTC at the time. If you’re after something more, point out you paid them and got nothing.

Actually, yes. I handle most payments in BTC for tax reasons to keep it clean. Cash refunds mean I have to declare it for taxes, which is a pain.

"Due to high call volume, please email us or submit a ticket." Yeah, I’ve heard that one before, so annoying. Tried again and got the same dead end hours later.

The only thing I keep seeing about S19s from Blokforge ties back to the speculation thread. Sounds like Bitmain is running late...

I’ve tried calling several times today, no one answers on the phone or online chat. Finally saw someone join the chat after hours. It’s Columbus Day, so maybe that’s messing things up.

In the Kanopool Discord, someone mentioned their S19 order from another vendor hasn’t even shipped and is still pending. Bet a lot of resellers are in the same situation.

Finally heard back from them. They said they are short-staffed, which isn’t my problem. But now my S19J Pros jumped in price from $10,250 to $12,000. They offered a measly $200 off, which still leaves a hefty price increase. My BTC from weeks ago won’t even cover that.

At the end of November now for a '2-14 day shipping' I ordered on September 5. Still shows backordered. I’ve contacted a consumer protection agency for help.

We have an issue too with Blokforge. Ordered a few S19's and they shipped pretty smoothly. Last order in late Sept was fine, but now I ordered another one and it’s crickets after sending money.

They admitted to being short-staffed, but honestly, it should be first-come, first-served. We deserve some attention.

Here’s a quick summary: Co-founders left in early 2021 to start a new company called Kagis in Austria. Blokforge is missing some key contacts after that transition.
