It's crazy how many accounts do this on X. I saw someone with a million followers claiming the White House said DOJ didn't sell BTC. The real news was about Samurai's wallet, not what he said.
Yeah, his second post was about a memecoin. Totally looks like he's trying to stir up hype to pump and dump. We gotta be careful with these alts.
For real. It's just a reminder that DYOR is key. People don’t even bother to check facts anymore.
Exactly, it’s all about profit for them. Using BTC as bait while pushing some crapcoin that they got paid to promote. If we ignore them, they’ll just disappear.

Right? They’re all about those followers. Always ending tweets with ‘click follow.’ No wonder people say Twitter is a bad place to start in crypto.

100% agree. This guy is spreading FUD about Bitcoin while promoting his memecoin. It’s wild how fans just eat up whatever influencers say.
If you follow better sources, you’ll avoid that clickbait nonsense. Forums are way better for real discussions.
Anyone who engages with influencers is pretty gullible. Most of them are clueless and just regurgitate junk. It’s all a scam really.
Sometimes I wonder if they’re actually paid to promote those shitcoins or if they’re in on it with the creators. Seems suspicious to me.
It’s not just speculation, it’s how they frame their posts. Using emotional triggers like ‘wake up moment’ just for clicks. It feels like engagement farming.

Scrolling through Twitter, I see accounts with 200k followers posting fake news. Why do people even follow them? It’s like they don’t think.

Yeah, Twitter is a mess with all these agendas. BRICS accounts spreading fake news and pro-Western accounts doing the same. It’s all about clicks.

Totally get that. Even verified accounts are hard to trust these days. Everyone is just looking for personal gain.

Question is, do people actually fall for this? I mean, if they do, it’s probably not their main goal but more about engagement.
Yeah, it’s wild why people react to tweets like that. Buying a meme coin just because someone tweeted about it is a bad move.

Followers are under a spell, man. They don’t know what to research and just believe everything they see. It’s ridiculous.
Right! If you understand that Bitcoin doesn't have an X account, you won’t fall for their tricks. They just want to profit off you.
And what about other platforms? Instagram and TikTok are filled with idiots too. Just different kinds of nonsense.
Anyone who believes Satoshi hasn’t sold BTC is just naive. There are plenty of wallets out there that aren’t tied to him.
