Looking at the charts today, it's crazy to think about where we started. We used to hold our breath above 20k and now people debate if 74k is too low or too high. But honestly, something feels different this time around. In past years, every time the S&P 500 sneezed, Bitcoin caught a cold. Now it seems like that connection is finally fading... right?
Feeling Different About This 2026 Run?

For real, everybody's waiting for October to see what's up. Cycle logic better hold, or this market might go wild if people start freaking out over the cycles being off.
This isn't Bitcoin's first shot at hitting 100k. Once we get there, it’ll break through easily. It's not some mental block. We’re actually expecting it to push past the all-time high of about 122k.
Yeah, I’m feeling weird about the situation too. Bitcoin's supposed to be bearish with all these conflicts and falling stocks, but it keeps climbing. Is it a real bounce, or just a trap? I hope this means Bitcoin can escape those old cycles, but it feels chaotic.
Totally agree, we need more proof of this new trend. Bitcoin's been tied to the S&P 500 recently, but that hasn't always been the case. Back in the late 2010s, it didn’t really follow the stock market.
With the war going on, it's wild how the dollar is actually strengthening, which drops gold demand. Bitcoin being a non-USD asset might be what's attracting investors instead.

It seems early to make any bold claims, but we’ve always been headed up. I’m not scared of hitting that 100K milestone. If you’re stressed watching the charts all the time, just step away for a bit. Don’t panic-sell and take a loss.

Right? It’s not just about conflicts. Sometimes Bitcoin even performs better during wars. Maybe it’s just that liquidity is moving into Bitcoin while other assets drop. What do you guys think?
Historical trends are really the only thing we can rely on for predicting Bitcoin’s future. It’s not about stable prices. When Bitcoin was 20k and now at 74k, it’s about long-term growth.
I don’t think the four-year cycle is going anywhere. It always holds true, and this year feels bearish to me. Expecting another big run seems unrealistic. Better to wait for prices to drop.
Yeah, the only accurate prediction is looking at past trends. History doesn’t always repeat exactly, though. Last year was supposed to be great but it had its ups and downs.

Most people still trust Bitcoin over gold. With gold being a physical asset, it’s harder to manage compared to Bitcoin’s flexibility. Bitcoin is definitely a better store of value than the dollar.

We’re in a bear market, no doubt. I just don’t see Bitcoin pumping to 100k anytime soon, especially with the current events around the Iran situation.
Last October's turn was kind of a self-fulfilling prophecy because traders were looking for that four-year cycle pattern. But honestly, I think relying on these patterns forever isn't realistic. The market might shift to different signals we can’t predict yet.

True, but if we focus more on adoption activity and real use cases, that might change everything. Who knows when that’s gonna happen.
