Hey everyone, has anyone tried to connect two S9SE miners using just one controller board? I attempted the usual S9 6 Port Mod, but it didn't work for me.

Honestly, I haven't seen anyone get an S9SE to run multiple hashboards on a single controller. The only way it might work is with a custom firmware, but I haven't found anything like that. Maybe someone here has a lead? You could reach out to thierry4wd. I hear he’s looking for testers for his custom firmware and might help you out.
