So, a few of us are getting our hands on the A1066 Pro soon. Buysolar and I are in touch with Avalon, and Steve Mosher is helping out. My A1041s and A1066s have been performing well for over six months. Had one A1041 sent from Finland that got lost, and it showed up broken. Blaming USPS for that one.

I’d rate my older models a solid 4 out of 4. Two A1041s and two A1066s running fine. Looking forward to trying out the A1066 Pro soon.

Yeah, same here. We should see them in the next week or two.

The A1066 Pro is supposed to pump out 3300 watts and priced around $1100. A bit more expensive compared to the T17+ at the same speed but with a little extra power. But why the extra cost?

My T17+ died on me, dead board and all. I’ve heard others had similar issues. So, how reliable is the A1066 Pro gonna be? Can’t wait to find out with the samples.

What model did you have? Did you reach out to Canaan or your distributor about it? I've had the opposite experience. Ran BM gear before and faced lots of problems with newer models. Switched to Avalons and haven’t looked back.

I left some of the trolling comments below. The guy’s info is off. They actually have stock available and no long lead times. He talks about one bad unit, then suddenly it’s two. Maybe he’s just trying to trash Canaan?

Hey, seriously? I’m not out to hurt Canaan. Just sharing my experience with the miners. Some of what you say isn’t accurate. It’s true about the long lead time; I had to order my new model months in advance.

Let’s stick to the A1066 Pro discussion, please. You initially mentioned one bad model and then two. That’s inconsistent. My four units are reliable, and I have proof to back it up. Show me your evidence of downtime or just let it be. Seems like you’re pushing the S19 on the other threads.
