Just looking at the crypto market this morning, I noticed something strange. Seems like buying Bitcoin at 73k might be worse than buying at the last ATH of 75k. Just my take, not pro advice.

Dude, the ATH is not 75k. It’s around 73.8k and Bitcoin hasn’t hit 74k yet. That price point was a brick wall for the bulls.

Yeah, I've seen exchanges list it at 74k, but the consensus is 73.8k. It’s crazy, just a couple hundred bucks and the market flipped.
I still think buying last week isn’t worse than the ATH. Those who bought at the top probably lost a good chunk already, while some are willing to hold.
Jumping in while creating new ATHs? Risky business. It’s like everyone thinks they can time the market, but that rarely works out.

Depends on your strategy, right? If you’re trading, the timing could mess you up big time. But if you’re a long-term holder, just keep averaging in.
Those who grabbed Bitcoin at 73k shouldn’t stress too much. If they play it smart, they can wait for a better entry next time.
Exactly! Buying near ATHs is a gamble. Long-term holders shouldn't care too much about short-term dips. That said, it is kinda risky for traders.

Market's dipping now, sitting at 67k. But something's gotta give after November 5th with the elections. I think we could see it hit 75k+ soon.
People buying at 73.6k? Classic! They probably panicked when they missed 52k and jumped in late. Now they’re just selling to cut losses.
Yup, FOMO really messes with investor decisions. But hey, there’s still room for growth for those who hold.
Long-term holders are smart. They’re prepping to secure positions from liquidation. Jumping in at the top? Bad idea. Bitcoin trends won't stay green forever.
Totally agree. Buying high always puts you at risk. You’re just asking for a retracement at some point.
But if you never sell, you’re not really losing. Even if you bought at the top, there’s potential for recovery.
Right, it’s part of the game. No blame for buying during the hype. Just hold tight, and the market will likely bounce back post-elections.
I don’t see buying now as a bad move for newbies. Prices are still below ATH. With the elections, we could see a jump!
Long-term is the way to go with Bitcoin. Just buy and hold. Those worrying about volatility are probably looking for quick cash.
Good point, and it’s kinda apples to oranges comparing traders to holders. Traders will sell at losses; holders just wait it out.

But aren’t we all just speculating? Both buying periods seem rough now since the market’s down to 69k.
True! Panic buying near previous ATHs seems common. People just need to remain calm and not sell at a loss.
