Yeah I've seen that list. Some sites were definitely not working in the US when I tried. I’m specifically hunting for reliable ones that let me exchange fiat for BTC. Bisq and robosats seem solid from my research. Are there any other good ones? Heard social media can work too but man, the scams…
You could try cce.cash. They let you withdraw without KYC, plus it’s a no KYC gambling site. I haven’t used it myself, but a few trusted guys here say it’s reliable. You don’t even need an account to swap coins from what I’ve gathered.
Stick to Bisq or trade on here or other forums, but go for trusted users only. Just remember, transfers on non-KYC platforms are irreversible, while cash methods might vary. Don’t rush into anything.

Tough situation for US users. Big DEX and even Perp DEX often block US access for legal reasons. Even with good options, they might not be available to you. I know moonpay works on uniswap, but it does require KYC for larger amounts.
