Check this list I found on asicminervalue.com. Just ignore the prices and noise levels, focus on the dates. It covers the whole S19 family from 2020 onward. But there’s definitely a mix of ASIC chips in these miners, like 7nm, 5nm, maybe even 3nm. The Bitcoin Wiki for miners is pretty old and I haven’t helped much with that. Details are scattered all over Bitmain's site.

So far, nobody here has compiled a complete list of Antminer ASIC chips. But zeusBTC has a table that might help. Sure, it could be outdated, but you can still find some useful info there. Plus, I heard the S21 miner is set to drop soon, maybe around the 22nd or 23rd of this month. Not sure why they’re delaying it though, probably just trying to cash in first.

I’ve got the latest Antminer ASIC chip list from ZEUS MINING. Still missing a few parts, but it’s a start. Would love to see more input from others in this thread to fill in the gaps. For more details, check this link.

If you haven't seen it yet, you should check out this chat: ASIC Miner's Efficiency, Where Does it Stop? Really appreciate the effort to update the wiki! It definitely needs some fresh content. I tried updating it myself, but I hit a wall since I couldn’t modify the pages. Glad to know someone’s taking care of it!

Got some tech info from JutaiTEC's support. Here’s a list of miner models and their chip categories: S9 SE BM1393CE S19j/S19j pro/S19 BM1362AA... and a bunch more. A lot of details for different models, but it looks like they’re all over the place.

I doubt it will make a difference. Miner sales are more about the market than the tech. The S19 series is still leading in efficiency, except maybe the MicroBT M50s++ and DesiweMiner K10Pro. But those aren’t in mass production yet. Bitmain’s not in a hurry to push the S21 since they have tons of S19 models still available.
